I love subbing in a Peloton Power Zone class for some of my scheduled FTP workouts. However, Peloton has no mention of the workout structure or TSS in their very brief description of the class, so I’m noting them here as I take each class. This will make it easier to match up the Peloton class to what your training plan asks for.  Please help me fill in the blanks on this list!

Power Zone Endurance Rides
